My fave bras I’m wearing while pregnant!
Sooo many body changes during pregnancy!! Most women go up 1-3+ cup sizes & band sizes increase as your ribs expand to make room for baby. I personally went up 2 cup sizes and 2 band sizes so I literally had to buy more bras. But I didn’t want to waste money, so I mainly got bras that are also nursing bras so it will work postpartum!
Here’s some details on my faves:
1. These wireless bralette-esque nursing bras are so so comfy! They came in a 2 pack at Target which I love. Love the colors and love the lift, while feeling like I’m wearing my old bralettes. I’m a 38DD currently and got size L
2. This Auden nursing bra from Target is soft and the perfect nude color. Great thick padding and lift without any wires!
3. This momcozy set of 3 bras is so nice! They’re buttery with great support and I find myself reaching for these most days for work!
4. This is the Auden luxury bra from Target! It’s not maternity or nursing but I wanted one non nursing bra just to have :) it gives great support, again with no wires (a trend, I hate wires). It’s like firm and buttery! Such a great line
I’ve also heard great things about aerie bras! So if you’re looking for bras this pregnancy I hope this helps you out 🤍

Pregnancy truly brings so many body changes, and finding comfortable, supportive bras becomes an absolute priority! Like many new moms, I quickly outgrew my pre-pregnancy bras. My body was constantly shifting, and comfort was key. That's when I discovered the magic of Auden nursing bras, especially the fantastic options available at Target. For anyone seeking an ideal blend of affordability, accessibility, and genuine comfort, Auden has been a game-changer for me. With sensitive skin and fluctuating breast sizes, scratchy fabrics or restrictive wires are the last thing you need. Auden's dedication to soft, wireless designs truly shines, making them perfect for both pregnancy and postpartum. Let's explore some of my favorite Auden options. The Auden wireless nursing bralettes, for instance, are pure bliss. The OCR mentioned a 'set of two nursing bralettes from Auden,' and I can confirm these are perfect for those early pregnancy days needing gentle support and ultimate softness, or even for sleeping comfortably. They offer great lift without any pinching, feeling like a second skin. Then there’s the classic Auden nursing bra – the one with 'visible padding and adjustable straps' that the OCR highlighted. This is my go-to for everyday wear when I need a bit more shape and support under clothing. The thick padding provides modesty and a smooth silhouette, and being completely wire-free is non-negotiable for me. The nude colors are incredibly versatile. It’s amazing how much support you get without wires! Sizing is crucial as your body transforms. I personally went up two cup sizes and two band sizes, so don't hesitate to measure yourself regularly. Auden bras are generally accommodating, but always check their sizing guide and try them on if possible. You want room for growth and comfort, not constriction. Look for adjustable straps and multiple hook-and-eye closures for maximum flexibility during pregnancy and nursing. While nursing features are vital, I also want to briefly mention the Auden luxury line non-nursing bra identified by the OCR. Sometimes, you just need a comfortable, non-nursing bra that still offers amazing support and softness. Auden's regular 'luxury' options often feature that same 'buttery soft' feel and wire-free support, making them a great choice for various occasions. To extend the life of these essential bras, gentle care is important. I always recommend washing them on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag and air drying. This helps maintain their shape, fabric integrity, and elastic, ensuring they support you for longer. Ultimately, finding the right bras during pregnancy and postpartum doesn't have to be a struggle. Auden nursing bras offer a fantastic, practical solution for comfort and support, making those body changes a little easier to embrace. I hope my shared experience helps you find your perfect fit!
