One of my favorite experiences is making a wide array of fruit-infused breads. From cherry to strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and even triple berry, each loaf carries its own distinct aroma and taste that fills the kitchen with warmth and comfort. What I find most rewarding is the process of mixing fresh ingredients and watching the dough rise, a testament to the magic of baking. My apple bread and raspberry bread have become crowd favorites during family gatherings because of their moist texture and perfect sweetness. Besides breads, peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies are another highlight in my baking repertoire. I particularly enjoy making peanut butter cookie sandwiches that combine the creamy richness of peanut butter with the sweetness of chocolate chips. These treats are not only delicious but also bring back nostalgic memories of sharing homemade goodies with loved ones. Through my baking journey, I’ve learned that patience and attention to detail, like the right baking time and ingredient quality, can truly elevate the final product. Whether you're a seasoned baker or just beginning, I encourage trying your hand at these recipes because the joy and satisfaction you get from baking your own bread or cookies is unlike any other. Sharing these creations with friends and family only adds to the pleasure, creating wonderful moments filled with happiness and tasty delights.

🧡Batter: Mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, & 1/2 tsp salt together. Set aside. Beat together 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, & 2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Then beat in 2 eggs. Slowly add in flour mixture & 1/2 cup of milk until well combined. Set aside.
