Trails of gold
I am so in love with this color! This is my first time using it and if you don’t have it… you want it! I have it over a golden base to pull the gold tones from it and I’m just gob smacked. As I was pouring it on all the different shards of colors are breathtaking! Great job to SaltedCitrusDesigns! She did So Amazing!

When I first started experimenting with glitter for tumblers, I was amazed by how different types of glitter can dramatically change the overall look and feel of the piece. Using French Lace glitter over a golden base has truly elevated my art. The way it picks up the gold undertones gives an almost jewel-like quality to the tumblers, making them catch the light beautifully from every angle. One tip I found helpful is to pour the glitter slowly and evenly, allowing the different shards and flecks to spread out naturally rather than clumping together. This technique enhances the depth and texture, creating a more dynamic and eye-catching finish. Also, pairing glitter with complementary colors, like warm gold or amber tones, really intensifies the shimmer effect. SaltedCitrusDesigns did a fantastic job with their product selection as the quality of the glitter matters a lot — it’s not just about sparkle but also clarity and color richness. These glitters are packaged by weight, so settling during shipment can happen but shaking or stirring them gently before use helps maintain consistency. For anyone considering adding glitter to their tumbler projects, I highly recommend giving French Lace a try. It’s versatile enough for artistic designs yet subtle enough to look elegant. Plus, it’s perfect for the fall season when golden, warm hues are trending. Overall, incorporating high-quality glitter like this has redefined my crafting experience, making each piece not just a tumbler but a work of art that stands out.
