New After 🥊class obsession
So back to Boxing I went!!! Had 3 goals for tonight. They were not outrageous
1. Don’t let the excuses win Get Butt to class
2. Don’t Puke 🤢
3. Don’t die
Thus far I have ☑️ all 3 off and I made a pretty decent food choice at 8 at night… crunchy Kale salad and 8 grilled nuggets from @Chick-fil-A !
Not gonna lie this little salad was a pleasant surprise 😮 I was not expecting the taste that I got! It’s a win for those after class dinners for sure
Now to make it back on Thursday and make it routine to go try not to pile or die 🤪🥊
