Discovery Phase will learn all 4 classes: Business Strategy, User Empathy, Design Solution and Product Planning with 1 Guest Sharing on Product strategy and 1 Individual Project.

Business Strategy This class will teach us to step back and look at the big picture, like teaching us to think about what we are going to do in business / sales, what we need to think about, how to analyze the market, how to analyze the competitors, how to analyze ourselves, what unfair adventage we have in this regard before making a decision, can we fight others or can others easily disturb us?

🕹️ Lectured Method Mixed with Group Workshop

💡 anyone who is interested in doing business or likes to plan, do strategy and study this class will be very fun. Because the content is very tight, and then try to do real analysis with friends in the group. I think it can be applied to all kinds of businesses, not just to Digital Products.

User Empathy opens the class by playing the game board before it looks like a real product development simulation that has to share Manpower in Research / Development and Prioritize. What to do with the team itself. We don't know how much each customer will like (especially if not Research). There are also unexpected events that happen all the time. It's like doing a real product. There are also many research studies on what kind of situation each will suit to get the answer that best we want.

💡 anyone who likes to understand customers as a customer, Customer Centric will enjoy this class a lot. If anyone doesn't know about the world of user reseach, it will open the world a lot. I think it can be applied to all forms of business as before.

Design Solution This class will teach you how to think about what problems you want to solve for the customer. How to solve problems for the customer. There is a framework to help you think a lot. Another thing you really like is that Bank taught us how to run the workshop to put back to Brainstorm. Find ideas at work about how we should be Facilitator to help people come up with a lot of ideas.

💡 anyone who is a group worker like to think, like to discuss, like to offer ideas with the team should be very fun because talking all day and also getting tips back to work a lot

Product Planning This class is a wrap-up summary from every past class. It's like tuning the Mindset to be the Product Manager for us. Whether we're ready to re-discover all the time, we're ready to mornitor and adjust everything. But the most important and unchangeable thing (reality is changeable, but everything else needs to change) is Business Goal, which turns a pivot in our product making. All day, we've also learned how to write product Vision Board and Prizing models.

Individual Project If you want to get a working project or come up with a new project, the team will have a Template Guide to what we should tell in the slides for the coach to read, prepare before the day comes to talk. Suggest who comes to study hard because every coach is really determined. Read our Project slides and prepare to answer the questions we left behind. We will talk to all the coaches twice. You can choose the same coach or change people.
