Discovery Phase will learn a total of 4 classes: Data-Driven Product Managers, Agile and Domain Driven Design, Soft Skills and Negotiation Workshop with 1 company visit and 2 Guest Sharing.

Data-Driven Product Managers This class of Ta Ta came to teach ourselves. After we learned about how to do product, how to solve User problems, today we learned about what we can use to decide or measure the results. The only answer is Data, we learned about how to measure the results. From the features we do, we should store what data to measure them. We also learned how to use a preliminary mixpanel that is software based on User usage analysis.

💡 anyone who has never used Data to work today will be like opening up another world. This will make us make even more Data-thinking decisions and even more confident in making decisions.

Agile and Domain Driven Design is a really fun day. One more day can see the new type of work that we no longer need to divide the work into Function. One person can be many positions. Can do many jobs, just divide the work and do whatever the work is done. And also learn Brainstorm together with the team, how to do a product feature, what should we think together and how to make everyone see the same picture and work like this.

💡 anyone who has never worked on the Tech line, today is another day to open up the world, understand the elements of teamwork in the Tech line.

Soft Skills today comes in the mode of understanding ourselves and understanding others. Like a lot, like to understand the work style of many types of people even more, and also to reflect on ourselves what style of work we are, why do we like to work with people like this, or discourage the work of people like that, look at people more fully, and also learn preliminary coaching.

Negotiation Workshop is another day of soft skills, but today is the science of negotiation. I have seen the various frameworks. I just know that bargaining also has a framework to think that we should open first or open after disadvantage or advantage. There is also an Emmy who shares the experience of working as a Corporate PM.
