Things I’ve done for my Mental Health this year…

1.) I started taking a wellness supplement. When I say this has CHANGED my life. 🙌🏼 My energy level is up, my anxiety is at a manageable level, my GUT HEALTH is phenomenal!! I take this every day and the difference it has made, is noticeable!

(amare.com/en-us/g10/1909067) pop this into your browser and it will show you all the options available. I take the “Happy Juice” Supplements! 😊

2.) I joined the gym. I always said I could never be a workout girlie. (No disrespect, I just didn’t think I had it in me 😂) The mental clarity alone is worth it! My head is never so “quiet” as it is after a workout!

3.) I ordered an at home sauna and cold plunge! It’s supposed to be here Friday and I am SOO excited! I’ve done a ton of research about the benefits of both and I’m looking forward to getting it all set up! No gatekeeping here, so I’ll let you know they have a big sale going on right now! $100 off AND a free cold plunge with the purchase of a sauna!! (NOV100 is the discount code)

4.) Going for a mile walk with the pup every day. I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like, but we’re getting out a lot more often than we used to!

5.) Getting pack into photography! 📷 I’m definitely an amateur, but it makes me so happy to take photos!

What are some things you do to help your every day wellness?? 😊

Among the most popular practices are incorporating wellness supplements that support energy and gut health. For example, supplements like "Happy Juice" can provide a significant boost for individuals looking to manage anxiety levels effectively. Joining a gym has become increasingly common as fitness emerges as a vital aspect of mental health. Regular workouts not only improve physical health but also promote mental clarity, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. Moreover, establishing a routine of daily walks can be a delightful and calming way to connect with nature while spending quality time with your pet. Additionally, at-home wellness solutions like saunas and cold plunges have gained popularity, known for their numerous health benefits that contribute to stress relief and improved mood. Offering discounts and convenience, these products make self-care accessible and enjoyable. Lastly, hobbies like photography can serve as creative outlets that elevate mood and ignite passion, making them an integral part of a well-rounded mental health strategy. As individuals continue exploring these lifestyle changes, the importance of community support and shared experiences becomes evident. Engaging with others about mental health practices can inspire further positive changes and foster a sense of connection.

I’ve had the worst mental health for the past year and half… My anxiety has been non stop, and my ADHD has been on full overload. One of the healthiest habits you can learn is to take nothing personally! It’s easier said than done, I know, but it really is never about you. A lot of people don’t work on themselves internally which in turn leads to them projecting onto you —it’s not your fault, remember that! 🤍 These are so

There are so many things I wish I had learned earlier in my mental health journey… I spent years thinking I had to “tough it out,” that rest was lazy, that asking for help meant I was weak. The truth? None of that was ever true. Healing isn’t linear. Some days you’ll feel like you’ve got it al
