Day 5 - Aquarium 🐋🐬🦈🐠🐟
Day 5 was (another) rainy day😓
📍Motobu Seafood >📍 Churaumi Aquarium > 📍Bise-Fukugi Tree Road > 📍Yakiniku Farm Motobu
Started the day at Motobu Seafood. first seafood meal of the trip! the seafood was very fresh, it is quite pricey but we saw from Google reviews that it's a one-man show so that may be why. special mention to the clam/lala soup - very special! tasted like the ocean and had a clean finish
headed to the aquarium next but it was really packed + likely because it was raining so it seemed like all the tourists congregated at the same place that day 😓 the highlight was definitely the whale shark tank!! SO captivating for us and bb 💗 we also stayed to catch the whale shark feeding but juvan fell asleep at that point🤣
we took some pics near bise fukugi tree road after leaving the aquarium and ended the day with Yakiniku for KYs bday meal - we got the platter for 3-4pax and was stuffed after. all the cuts from these platter was yummyyyy

Walking among centuries-old fukugi trees offers a peaceful retreat that photo enthusiasts will appreciate. This spot is excellent for capturing natural beauty and experiencing Okinawa’s green heritage. Wrapping up the day with a Yakiniku feast at Yakiniku Farm Motobu is a perfect way to celebrate special occasions like birthdays. Sharing a platter designed for groups offers variety and generous portions of deliciously grilled meat, guaranteeing a fulfilling meal. From my experience, pairing fresh seafood and succulent grilled cuts in one day creates a rich culinary journey that's hard to beat on Okinawa’s beautiful Motobu Peninsula.
