Sopa de salchichón
Estás sopas son excelentes para cuando te sientes mal del estómago o estás enfermo.
Primero agregas en la olla una cucharada de mantequilla, después picas en 4 pedacitos y sofries el salchichón, la cantidad es la que tú desees.
Agregas el jamón de cocinar previamente picado en 4 pedacitos también.
Cuando eso ya esté un poquito tostadito, agregas: sofrito, ajo, adobo, cubito de pollo, pimiento morrón.
Luego 4 tazas de agua lo dejas hervir y lo pruebas de sabor, de necesitar más sabor agrega sal o adobo.
Luego añade los fideos los dejas por 5 minutos.
Servir con limón para un sabor especial (opcional)
