Maintaining a relationship with God can be challenging, especially when life throws unexpected hardships our way. This mindset shifts my focus from fear and doubt to faith and surrender. It doesn’t mean life becomes easier overnight, but it transforms how I experience hardships. Another thing that helped me is being honest with God in prayer — sharing my struggles, joys, fears, and hopes. It’s a two-way relationship; I listen as much as I speak. Sometimes, I find comfort in scripture passages or reflections from spiritual mentors to guide me in moments of uncertainty. If you find it hard to feel God’s presence, try slowing down and noticing small blessings around you — a sunrise, a kind word, or a moment of stillness. These can be gentle reminders that God is near. Ultimately, walking with God is about trusting that, no matter what, you are not alone on this journey.
