Products:

1️⃣ Dr.Melaxin Peel Shot Ampoules in White Rice and Black Rice formulas

2️⃣ Vanilla Whipped Body Polish

3️⃣ Exfoliating Glove

I use the white rice formula in the morning to wash my face and I use the black rice formula to wash my face before bed. These products contain rice bran water, niacinamide, and a blend of AHA, BHA, and PHA agents to remove dead skin cells and hydrate. It actually works so good too! It literally removes all the dead skin! The set includes a white rice version for brightening and a black rice version for deep pore care.

To exfoliate my body, while in the shower rinse for about 15 to 20 min in warm water to soften my skin up then, I use the exfoliating glove to remove the dead skin off my body.

My skin is really oily and acne prone so I usually exfoliate every other day or two to prevent break outs.

The use of both white and black rice formulas in the Dr.Melaxin Peel Shot Ampoules is a smart choice as they cater to different skin needs: white rice brightens and evens skin tone while black rice targets deep pore cleansing and oil control. Their combination of rice bran water, niacinamide, and a trio of exfoliating acids (AHA, BHA, and PHA) offers multi-layered exfoliation that not only sheds dead cells but also promotes skin renewal and hydration. Based on my own experience with combination and acne-prone skin, exfoliating every other day, as mentioned, is ideal for preventing over-exfoliation and ensuing irritation or breakouts. The warm water soak before using the exfoliating glove is a game-changer—it softens the skin making dead skin cells easier to remove without harsh scrubbing. The exfoliating glove complements the chemical exfoliation by delivering physical exfoliation to the body, especially effective for areas with rough or dry patches. I’ve also found that incorporating a gentle moisturizer immediately after exfoliation helps to lock in hydration and soothe the skin. For oily and acne-prone skin types like mine, exfoliating with a combination of chemical agents and physical tools provides a thorough yet balanced skincare approach. Remember to always patch test new products and tailor frequency based on your skin’s response to maintain a radiant, smooth complexion. This exfoliation regimen demonstrates how combining targeted formulas and proper technique can optimize skin health and appearance.
