私も兵庫県たつの市の『kitchen studio いちごはん』で春限定の米粉苺クレーププレートをいただいた経験があります。苺メレンゲクッキーや桜メレンゲクッキー、ベリーちゃんクッキーなど様々なクッキーがプレートを彩り、見た目の可愛さにまずテンションが上がりました。 特に印象的だったのは、抹茶と胡椒が組み合わさったメレンゲクッキーの斬新なスパイス感。抹茶のほろ苦さと胡椒のピリッとした刺激が苺の甘さと絶妙にマッチしていて、新感覚の味わいを楽しめました。自家製の苺ソースもたっぷりで、苺好きにはたまらない一皿です。 また、カスタードプリンに添えられた桜の塩漬けは和の風味をプラスし、春らしい優しい味わいを演出。桜あんで作られた可愛らしいお花のデコレーションも思わず写真を撮りたくなりました。 店舗は月曜日のみの営業で、駐車場も5台完備されているため車でのアクセスも便利です。PayPayや現金のみの支払いが可能で、時折開催されるクッキー詰め放題の日も人気があります。 このカフェは落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと春の味覚を楽しめるので、女子会やデートにもぴったり。私自身もリピートしたくなる素敵なお店なので、兵庫のカフェ巡りをする際にはぜひ訪れてみてください。季節限定プレートなので訪問前に営業日やメニューをチェックすると良いでしょう。
