1️⃣ Hydrate First: I start with a glass of water to hydrate and get my metabolism going.

2️⃣ Keep It Simple Until My Eating Window: During my fast, I drink herbal tea or black coffee, and stay busy to keep my energy high.

3️⃣ Plan My First Meal: I prepare and track my first meal in advance to keep it balanced and nourishing.

4️⃣ Listen to My Body: When my eating window opens, I focus on hunger cues to avoid overeating.

5️⃣ Enjoy My First Meal: I savor my balanced meal, taking my time to enjoy every bite.
