Simple and affordable dinner

I’m a mom so finding easy meals is one of the things I’m best at because Lord knows we don’t always have much time to put things together! I love this Aldi chicken dinner because I can make it with my favorite mashed potatoes and they go great together.

Notes and tips:

- The potatoes don’t have to be perfectly smooth throughout lumps are okay (in fact I prefer them but that’s just me)

- To help the cooking go even faster I recommend investing in a mandolin there’s ones on Amazon for less than $20 (also my garlic grater was $1 from dollar general not the best but does make things go quicker)

- If you like a little more tang than just some fresh lemon on your chicken throw in 1 tsp of tajin seasoning

- The milk for the mashed potatoes can be ANY KIND OF MILK full fat, low fat, no fat, soy, etc.

- The flatbread in completely optional I just love this brand of flatbread and wanted to have it with my dinner

Enjoy and happy cooking 🧑‍🍳 ❤️
