Chia seeds

Not gonna lie 😭😂 I can’t stare at chia seeds for too long they start looking like bugs to me! So I mix them with apple sauce, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar (sometimes just water, lemon, and ACV). Preferably on empty stomach first thing in the morning. It’s mainly for the fiber, but honestly, it’s been keeping my stomach from feeling bloated. I can eat without feeling stuffed, and I’ve been feeling lighter and more regular. Definitely helping me stay snatched especially when I pair it with a little weekly workout!

✨ Try it!

Take out about half of the apple sauce

Add 2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp ACV (optional)

Or

8-10oz water

2 tbsp of chia seeds

Stir! Stir! Stir really good!

Let it sit over night or atleast 30-45mins before drinking be prepared for a thick consistency

Then add

1 tbsp of lemon juice

1tbsp of ACV

STIR! and drink

... Read moreIn my experience, incorporating chia seeds into my morning routine has been a game-changer for my digestive health. The combination of chia seeds with apple sauce, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar creates a flavorful, nutrient-dense drink that helps keep my stomach feeling light and less bloated throughout the day. The key is to let the chia seeds soak long enough—usually overnight or at least 30-45 minutes—so they develop that characteristic gel-like consistency, which not only improves texture but also enhances their fiber benefits. Chia seeds are packed with soluble fiber, which absorbs water and helps slow digestion, leading to more stable blood sugar levels and prolonged feelings of fullness. Adding lemon juice and apple cider vinegar adds a tangy twist and is believed to aid digestion and metabolism, although personal tolerance varies. When I first started, I noticed a mild detoxifying effect and better regularity, which made me feel lighter and more energized. What I love about this chia seed drink is its versatility. If you prefer a lighter drink, mixing chia seeds with water, lemon, and ACV works wonders, too. The fiber content is still there, helping to cleanse your digestive system gently. For taste-conscious moments, incorporating apple sauce provides natural sweetness and a smoother texture, making it easier to drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Remember to stir the mixture well before letting it sit and then again before drinking to avoid clumps and ensure an even consistency. I also pair this drink with light weekly workouts, which together help me maintain a healthier, snatched look. Overall, chia seeds have become my go-to natural remedy for digestion and a simple way to add extra fiber to my diet without complicated preparations.
