High heel hack
How to temporarily stop those feet from hurting on a girls night out or event? Of course I had to test this out. I bought some heels that I love but could not even wear after the first wear because they hurt my feet so bad. But I went to a wedding and had a dress to match these heels so yup I tested it out. I was able to walk and stand comfortable in these heels for some hours and my feet did not hurt. I see ALOT of people just using the lidocaine without the inserts and i just decided to still add the inserts myself for more support and comfort.
Wearing high heels can often be a painful experience, but there are several simple hacks that can make a huge difference in comfort. One of my favorite solutions is using 3/4 length insoles specifically designed for high heels. These insoles provide arch support and cushioning where your feet need it most, reducing pressure and preventing soreness after long hours of standing or walking. In addition to insoles, I found that applying a topical pain reliever spray like Aspercreme Lidocaine can offer effective temporary relief by numbing sensitive areas. Spraying it lightly on the balls of your feet before putting your heels on helped me get through events without constant discomfort. Another tip is to break in new heels gradually. Wear them around the house on carpet for short periods to soften the material and mold the shoes to your feet. This can help prevent the sharp rubbing and pinching that often cause blisters and pain. Also, consider choosing shoes made from softer materials or with padded footbeds when shopping. Sometimes switching to a closed-toe style with a lower heel can reduce strain without sacrificing style for special occasions. Finally, take short breaks during your event to sit down and stretch your feet. Elevating your feet briefly and doing some gentle foot flexes can improve circulation and ease tension. By combining these hacks—using high-heel insoles, pain-relieving sprays, gradual break-in, and mindful foot care—I was able to enjoy my heels for hours at a wedding without the usual discomfort. Sharing this experience might help others make the most of their favorite shoes without the pain!

also, you can spray got to be glued spray in the inside of your shoe on the bottom, but you do have to kinda wet your feet Just a little Lil Bit to take it off at night.. But baby, it works wonders with the foot pain spray together. I wear heels every day. I just have a problem with the heels that have that one little baby strap across the top of your feet that will cause pain..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
