Heaven forbid a girl have a hobby. 🐺🔪😒 #siberianderpskies #dogsoftiktok #siberianhuskies #siberianhusky #husky
Okay, so I know I joked about Leia's 'sloppy work' and finding 'evidence' of her 'secret hobby' with the 'knife' – obviously, it’s all in good fun, but anyone with a husky knows they have a flair for the dramatic! Being a digital creator sharing our lives, I get asked all the time: 'What’s it really like living with Siberian Derpskies?' And honestly, it’s a constant adventure, usually involving some form of mischief. You saw how I caught Leia after her latest 'incident.' It’s never a real knife, of course, but it could be a rogue sock, a 'borrowed' slipper, or that one time she 'redecorated' the living room with an entire bag of shredded paper. She thinks she's so sneaky, but her attempts at 'hiding the evidence' are usually pretty transparent. Her signature move is looking completely innocent while standing next to the chaos she just created, giving me that side-eye like, 'Now, you know me, I'm no mustachioed Belgian detective, but this feels like a clue.' I’m always finding little 'clues' around the house, wondering what she’s been up to! Seriously, when she pulls out her 'Don't you think he should die?' look towards Archer, you almost believe her! And then there's Archer! Bless his heart, his main 'hobby' involves food, specifically 'treats.' The other day, after a particularly long walk, he decided we absolutely had to go back to the store. My 'pockets are laden with treats' from earlier, and my 'pants keep falling down' because I’m not wearing a belt and they're so heavy with all the goodies I carry for them! He has this way of looking at me, demanding we return, while Leia just stares at him, probably thinking, 'He should die! Dad, we should kill him!' – all in jest, of course! But it perfectly captures their dynamic. He's always trying to get back to the store for more, even if we just left. Being a digital creator means I get to share these hilarious, sometimes exasperating, moments with all of you. It's not just about the cute husky faces; it's about the unique personalities, the 'derpy' antics, and the sheer joy they bring. If you've got a husky, you know the struggle is real when it comes to keeping them entertained and out of 'trouble.' We've learned that mental stimulation is just as important as physical exercise. Puzzle toys, training sessions, and even just letting them 'help' with chores (supervised, of course!) can channel that boundless energy away from 'forbidden hobbies.' These dogs are intelligent, and if they're bored, they will find something to do – often something you wish they hadn't! That's why I'm always looking for new ways to keep them engaged, from sniff games to teaching new tricks. It’s all part of the fun of being a husky parent. So, while Leia might be a bit 'sloppy' at covering her tracks, and Archer might have a one-track mind for treats, they truly are the heart of Siberian Derpskies. Every day is a new story, a new challenge, and definitely a new laugh. It’s why I love being a digital creator – sharing these glimpses into our wonderfully chaotic lives. It's about celebrating the quirks of these amazing dogs and connecting with a community who understands that special kind of 'husky chaos.' What mischievous 'hobbies' do your pets have? I'd love to hear your stories!
