I'm not baby or hello handsome
smh. I generally don't respond. I for sure don't respond to baby or hello handsome. I do this out of boredom and so I don't die of sadness. my current life is good. but I suffered losses so great in recent years I don't know if I can recover.
It's important to recognize that phrases such as "baby" or "hello handsome" can elicit very different reactions depending on personal experiences and emotional state. For some, these terms may feel overly familiar or dismissive, especially when they are coping with past traumas or recent losses. In such situations, choosing not to respond can be a protective mechanism to preserve emotional energy and maintain boundaries. Recovering from significant personal loss often involves a complex journey of healing that includes acknowledging feelings of sadness and grief, while also finding ways to engage with life positively. Engaging in activities that bring joy, fostering supportive relationships, and allowing oneself permission to feel and heal over time are crucial steps. Many find that expressing their true feelings through writing, like journaling or sharing reflections, can help process emotions and reduce feelings of isolation. Additionally, seeking support from mental health professionals can be a valuable part of recovery when challenges feel overwhelming. It's also essential to understand that not responding to certain social cues or greetings is not a sign of rudeness but rather a reflection of personal boundaries and emotional needs. Respecting these boundaries, both for oneself and others, promotes healthier interactions and self-care. If you or someone you know is struggling emotionally, remember that recovery is possible, and taking small steps each day toward healing can lead to a more hopeful and balanced life.
