local coffee shops☕️🤎
I travel for work and one of my favorite things to do in my free time is explore different coffee shops. This was an incredible place. I got a “chumpkin spice chai with oatmilk and 2 shots of espresso.” I was impressed!! This was quite literally the best pumpkin chai I have ever had. They used real pumpkin puree as well.
I also got a peanut butter, honey, and banana waffle. How cute are their mini waffles??
Overall rating: 10/10: So good!!
Okay, so I just had to share more about The Quirky Perk in Nashville because honestly, it left such an impression on me! After my amazing 'chumpkin spice chai' and those adorable mini waffles, I spent a bit more time there just soaking it all in. This isn't just any Nashville coffee shop; it truly lives up to its name. The decor is an eclectic mix of vintage finds, local art, and cozy nooks that make you want to settle in with a good book or catch up with friends. It totally feels like a hidden gem, away from the usual tourist spots, which is exactly what I look for when I'm traveling for work. Beyond my incredible chai, I noticed their menu board had an impressive array of unique lattes and seasonal specials. I saw someone sipping on what looked like a lavender vanilla latte, and another person enjoying a classic pour-over, so there's definitely something for every coffee lover. They also had a small selection of pastries and light bites that looked homemade and delicious, perfect for a quick breakfast or an afternoon treat. The staff were super friendly and happy to chat about their recommendations, which always makes a place feel more welcoming. The 'quirky' really comes through in the details—from the mismatched chairs to the clever chalk art on the walls, it feels thoughtfully curated without being pretentious. It’s the kind of place where every corner tells a little story. What makes The Quirky Perk so special, in my opinion, is that it perfectly blends a relaxed, community vibe with top-notch quality. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their ingredients, like the real pumpkin puree in my chai—it makes such a difference! It’s the kind of place where locals clearly feel at home, and as a visitor, you instantly feel part of that warm atmosphere. Finding good parking can sometimes be a challenge in Nashville, but I found ample street parking nearby, which was a huge plus for a quick stop. It’s situated in a really charming part of town, slightly off the main hustle and bustle, which adds to its appeal as a true local find. The neighborhood itself is vibrant and worth exploring if you have an extra hour or two, with some interesting boutiques and antique shops. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to get some remote work done (yes, they have great Wi-Fi!), a cute place for a first date, or just need a delicious pick-me-up, this Nashville coffee shop ticks all the boxes. If you're ever in Nashville and looking for a genuinely unique coffee experience that goes beyond the standard chain, you absolutely must seek out The Quirky Perk. You won't be disappointed – it's an experience, not just a coffee run. I'm already planning my next visit and what new drink I'll try!

Pumpkin chai sounds so good!!! 💛✨
