Planning a wedding is truly a whirlwind experience that requires organization, patience, and quick thinking. On the day of the event, every detail matters—from setting up the reception area to managing unexpected hiccups like delayed AV teams or last-minute décor adjustments. I remember crouching behind a car just to stay out of photos, and even climbing on rocks to get the perfect shot! One of the most memorable parts of the day is helping the couple feel their best. I’m always on standby to fix veils, adjust signs, and ensure everything flows smoothly. Sometimes, despite the excitement, the long hours can be exhausting, and yes, there are moments when hunger and tiredness hit hard. But seeing the joy on the newlyweds’ faces makes it all worthwhile. If you're considering a career in wedding planning or just curious about what goes on behind the scenes, it’s important to know that adaptability is key. Every wedding is unique, and unexpected challenges are part of the journey. From managing timelines to coordinating with vendors and supporting the couple, it’s a job filled with beautiful chaos and heartfelt moments.
