Wellness check in!

I started my fitness journey Nov. 2023! I weighed at 235 after pregnancy & we all know postpartum is so hard after having a baby. We forget to take care of ourselves . What made me want to change was not being able to take pictures of myself without hating every single picture. I felt gross. I felt unhappy. I didn’t love myself.

I can proudly say that I am now 184 pounds! I did all of this with a calorie deficit, working out & being consistent.

What I like to say to myself is “why complain when I can do something about it? I can complain or I can get up and do something about it!”

I do a 16 hour fast. I like to have 8oz cup of water with a table spoon of ACV, cinnamon & honey a half hour before my first meal of the day.

It's important to remember that every journey is unique, and finding a routine that works for you is key. Incorporating intermittent fasting, like the 16-hour fasting method, can aid in weight loss and improve overall health. Key to success is ensuring you stay hydrated with water, and adding natural ingredients like apple cider vinegar (ACV), ground cinnamon, and honey can provide additional health benefits, such as boosting metabolism and supporting digestion. Daily activity is also essential; aiming for a balanced number of steps and staying active can positively impact physical and mental well-being. Utilizing community support, such as online hashtags like #postpartumweightlossjourney and #healthylifestyle2024, can offer motivation and encouragement. Remember, the goal is not just about weight loss but building a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that you love and feel proud of. Celebrate every small victory along the way, and focus on nurturing both your body and mind.
