Finding joy in a waiting season 🩷
My word of the year is “joy”. The Lord has been working on my heart for many years and after many years of infertility, He wants me to find joy again.
It’s so easy to become what season you’re in. If you’re in a season of heartache, and worry, and fear, you easily become all of those things, and that’s what I have become.
I fear I will never be a mom. I worry that if I am able to get pregnant, I won’t be able to stay pregnant. Every single day I am living in heartache of what life could’ve been and should’ve been.
There is power in your thoughts and your words and Jesus wants you to cast your worry and fear to Him. You weren’t meant to carry those thoughts alone.
This is the year to be intentional with your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Find your joy again 🩷
