One of my favorite ways to reset is a self-care night at home—nothing crazy, just me, my space, and good energy. Music playing, candle lit, a cozy YouTube video in the background, and doing my nails… and somehow I feel like that girl again instantly.

Romanticizing your life doesn’t have to be big or expensive. It’s in the little things you do for yourself when no one’s watching.

✨ Tips & tricks to actually make it hit:

• Clean your space a little first — your mind will follow

• Pick a “vibe” (soft girl, spa night, cozy rainy night energy)

• Put your phone on DND except for your show/music

• Take your time — don’t rush it, that ruins the whole point

• Add ONE extra thing: body oil, a face mask, or a cute drink

• Talk nice to yourself… seriously, it matters more than anything

• TAKE A SELFIE AFTER & thank yourself ❤️
