I invested so much time and energy into trying to uplift others, believing they’d share in my vision and success. I thought loyalty and shared history meant we’d all rise together. But as I pushed forward, I began to realize that some people were more comfortable seeing me stay where I was. Their lack of enthusiasm and subtle sabotage made it clear they weren't rooting for me. Instead of celebrating my progress, they found ways to undermine or dismiss my achievements. It hurt to recognize that not everyone has the same drive or the desire to see others succeed. This experience taught me a tough lesson: not everyone deserves a place on my journey to the top.
