My skin didn’t always used to look like this. I was on birth control (Depo) for 2 years which caused me to gain and have more acne than normal. Since getting the arm implant that has subsided drastically.
Tips✨
- Drink lots of water! This for me is so crucial not just for my skin but for my whole body
-Don’t pop your pimples ladies! Instead use pimple patches, I use Hero brand
-Develop a skincare routine that works best for you
(key items being a moisturizer and a cleanser, even a serum and or spot treatment if needed)
- Wear SPF! As we all know wearing spf can protect us from the suns harmful UV rays, increase the risk of developing skin cancer overtime if we don’t use it.
- Develop a mental wellness routine (whether that’s yoga, meditation) stress can cause a lot of breakouts and other moderate issues. Making a mental wellness routine will not only make your body feel better on the inside but also the outside as well.
