This is how our kids see us 24/7 😅

I filmed this video by accident… and only later realized — THIS is exactly how my child sees me.

Not from my favorite angle. Not with a filter. Just me — in full mom-mode, running around, doing a million things, not even thinking about how I look.

And yet… to my child, I’m still the most beautiful person in the world.

Moms, don’t be too hard on yourselves. Your child doesn’t notice your double chin — they notice your hugs, your voice, your presence.

PS: Yes, I laughed hard at this video. And yes, I’m posting it on purpose. Because if we can’t laugh at our “real mom angles,” who will? 😅❤️

... Read moreMotherhood is filled with moments that often go unnoticed by others but are deeply meaningful to our children. The phrase "Moms, this will hurt... But THIS is how your kid sees you every day!" perfectly captures a universal truth: while moms may focus on their imperfections, their kids see something far more beautiful and important. Children view their mothers not through the lens of physical appearance or social filters but through the warmth of their everyday actions—the hugs, the soothing voice, the constant presence. This genuine, unfiltered perspective is crucial for moms to understand, especially in a world that frequently pressures women to present a polished version of themselves. It’s common for moms to feel self-critical, especially about things like a double chin or tired eyes, but kids are remarkably focused on love and care. This shift in perspective is important in parenting because it encourages moms to embrace their "real mom angles" with humor and pride, recognizing that authenticity and emotional connection outweigh superficial concerns. Sharing candid moments, like accidentally filmed videos that reveal the busy, imperfect life behind the scenes, helps normalize the challenges of motherhood, creating support and community among parents. Hashtags such as #MomLifeUnfiltered, #RelatableMom, #MotherhoodTruths, and #HonestParenting show there is strength and comfort in sharing these realities. Ultimately, this approach fosters a positive self-image and helps moms see themselves as their children do: beautiful, kind, and irreplaceable. Recognizing this can reduce stress, build confidence, and deepen the parent-child bond, reinforcing that what truly matters is presence, love, and shared laughter, not flawless appearances.
