First things first, let's talk about supplies. You don't need a professional kit! I usually grab a good quality, non-toxic face paint palette. Look for brands specifically marketed for kids or sensitive skin. You'll definitely need red, blue, and white. A fine-tipped brush and a sponge applicator will also be your best friends. Optional additions could be some child-safe glitter glue (sparingly!) and temporary hair chalk if you want to go all out with the red and blue pigtails. Here’s my step-by-step guide to transforming your little one into a pint-sized HARLEY QUINN: Step 1: The White Base Using a clean sponge, gently apply a thin layer of white face paint to their face, avoiding the eye area. You don't need full clown-level coverage; just a light, even base to make the colors pop. I often tell my kids it's like putting on 'superhero sunscreen' to make it fun!
