So last time I had their burger and fries it was 11/10 … nice server who went out of his way to be what we needed until it got busy but yea anywho

This time girl..my sandwich came out w a part that literally looked like The Nasty Patty from SpongeBob lol :/

Plus flabby bacon… barely any sauce.. like nah run this back.. my medium well didn’t look like the others at the table and I couldn’t deal smh

My server this time was ard she did what was needed but was fake nice and

DID NOT mention my burger 18$ could’ve been 15$ w a salad AND dessert 🙄

Like bitch if anything it taking from your tip and making me irritated that you’re being slick to upchargr me by a few dollars

Upsell with decisions in their control and yours like “I love mine with added shrimp” bla bla bla and I upgraded my side so yea she’s lowkey annoying and I might be calling my bank for the difference bc I didn’t like the manager.. I wanna redo my survey too
