Today is a Good Day!

When I tell you today is a beautiful day! I started out taking 60mg’s of prednisone over three years ago. That put me over 300lbs and life for me was truly miserable. Time moved on and I eventually started to come down off them.

It’s funny how one doctor will be so quick to give medicine that they know isn’t good for you and for me having a doctor that would do that I thought was a good thing especially when the medicine worked for you but after awhile it’s time to get off that medicine because for those who don’t know medicine isn’t meant to take forever it is a Rand for you to work on your health and find the root of the issue and see if it can be healed or maintained.

I have come to realize over the years I have became my own doctor because the ones I have sitting around guesstimating what’s wrong with me, giving me illnesses without even examine me or running test all based off what I’m saying. That’s not a good thing I could say anything to them and get any med I want that’s how lazy I feel doctors have become…

As of yesterday I am now down to taking 10mg’s of prednisone and when I tell you I am to excited!!!! I would have been down to ten but with me getting sick with covid I had to up the dose for that week to help my breathing and now I’m covid free and I’m dealing with the left over residue of it and with Gods grace and mercy I’ll be over this sooner than later.

Life for me is so beautiful at the moment and all I can do is Thank God & Thank My Daddy! I have a very special Angel watching over me and I can feel it…

Oh yay! I love this for you! I too have traveled a similar path- I learned we are to put in the hard work for our own health and docs are only there to assist when we need help, but not to rely on. Meds are only temporary! Holistic healing with diet, nutrition, and movement is vital! I’m here for you sis! Congrats!
