ถ้าเป้าหมายคือทำ “สาวสวย AI” ให้เหมือนจริงและดูเท่แบบภาพตัวอย่าง (ผมยาวลอนสวย ชุดลายดอกชบาแดง ฉากทุ่งนา country มีเถียงนาน้อย) ฉันแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการ “ล็อกองค์ประกอบหลัก” ให้ชัดก่อน แล้วค่อยเติมรายละเอียดความสมจริงทีละชั้น เพราะหลายคนใส่คำเยอะเกินจนหน้าหลุด/สัดส่วนเพี้ยน ทริคที่ฉันใช้แล้วเวิร์ก: 1) แยก prompt เป็น 4 ส่วน: ตัวแบบ (subject) + เสื้อผ้า (outfit) + ท่าทาง/พร็อพ (pose/prop) + ฉาก/แสง (scene/lighting) แล้วค่อยคุมสไตล์รวม เช่น realistic, photoreal, vintage country 2) โฟกัส “ความเหมือนจริง” ด้วยคำที่ช่วยเรื่องผิวและรายละเอียดภาพ เช่น natural skin texture, realistic pores, soft shadows, high detail, sharp focus, 35mm/50mm lens, shallow depth of field แต่ต้องระวังอย่าใส่เยอะจนดูเป็นภาพสตูดิโอแข็งๆ ถ้าอยากให้เป็นฟีล UGC ให้เพิ่มคำว่า candid, natural smile, lifestyle photo 3) ถ้าอยากให้หน้าไม่เปลี่ยน (เค้าโครงหน้าเดิม) สำหรับบางเครื่องมือควรใช้รูปอ้างอิง (image prompt / reference) และตั้งค่าน้ำหนักรูปให้สูงกว่าข้อความ เช่น “face consistency, same facial structure” แล้วตามด้วย negative prompt กันหน้าหลุด ตัวอย่าง prompt (นำไปปรับได้): “photorealistic AI woman, long wavy hair, vintage outfit, red floral sleeveless crop top, matching tight long pants hibiscus red pattern, lying on side, left hand resting naturally, right hand holding an oversized Ajinomoto MSG big sachet, pouring MSG onto herself, smiling at camera, wide-angle view, green rice field background, small wooden field hut, country vibe, sunset golden hour, natural skin texture, sharp focus, cinematic realism” Negative prompt ที่ฉันมักใส่เพื่อกันพัง: “deformed hands, extra fingers, bad anatomy, distorted face, cross-eye, blurry, low-res, plastic skin, overexposed, watermark, text, logo” 4) อยากให้ “รูป AI ผู้หญิงเท่ๆ” มากขึ้น: ลองปรับมุมกล้องเป็น low angle เล็กน้อย เพิ่มคำว่า confident pose, editorial street-style (แต่ยังอยู่ทุ่งนาได้) หรือเพิ่มแอคชันมือ/สายตาให้ชัด เช่น “looking directly at the camera, confident smile” 5) เช็กลิสต์ก่อนกดเจนซ้ำ: มือ 2 ข้าง, ฟัน/ริมฝีปาก, ลายผ้าซ้ำๆ, ขอบผมแตก, และสัดส่วนของพร็อพ (ถ้าต้อง “ซองใหญ่เกินจริง” ให้ใส่คำว่า exaggerated scale/oversized prop ชัดๆ) ลองปรับแค่ 1–2 จุดต่อรอบ เช่น เปลี่ยนแสงเป็น “sunset” หรือเปลี่ยนเลนส์เป็น “50mm” จะคุมคุณภาพภาพ AI ได้ง่ายกว่า และได้ภาพสาวสวย AI ที่เหมือนจริงขึ้นแบบเห็นผล
