GAME CHANGER: Planning my days
My ADHD brain has so many ideas… and literally has 15 windows open with 5 tabs each. I’ve tried digital planners, I’ve tried just about every task management software. But I keep going back to good ol paper and pen.
This planner has been a GAME CHANGER. I love that it’s undated. I print my own pages and it’s flexible enough, but also structured enough.. I will add the sticky notes to focus on top 3 things, but the best part. If I finish those i throw the sticky note away and add another so I JUST see those 3 tasks. Some days I’ll have 5 sticky notes of things I’ve accomplished. 💪
