Easy Carrot Cake Recipe 🥕

If you are short on time or not too familiar with baking from scratch here’s an easy way to get a tasty carrot cake done in less than an hour ! 🫶🏻

1 Box Carrot Cake Mix

1/4 c Crushed Pineapple

2 Fresh Carrots (medium)

2 c Pecans

1/4 c Walnuts (optional)

2tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1st. Replace water with milk on your boxed cake mix . Then mix your box cake with the ingredients labeled on the box .

2nd. Wash and peel your carrots , save your peels for decoration if you want (:

3rd. Chop your walnuts and pecans set aside about 1/2c for decoration.

4th. Add your shredded carrots , pineapple , nuts to your cake mix .

5th. Add your nutmeg and cinnamon (this just gives it more flavor .

6th. Add a dash of vanilla.

7th. Bake as it says on the box and allow your cake to cool .

8th. Frost with cream cheese frosting and top it off with the saved nuts you put aside earlier and carrot peels .
