Lead quietly!
In my own experiences with leadership, I've found that the most impactful leaders often lead quietly and with a sense of calm assurance. Much like a kids' soccer coach who exudes quiet confidence, effective leaders don’t always need to be loud or commanding to inspire and direct their teams.
