1. Start by peeling your corn out the husks and remove silks

2. Wash corn under cold water

3. Place on parchment paper / foil lined baking sheet if your choosing to cook in the oven .

4. Set oven to 400F and set timer for 45 minutes

5. Optional but to add more crispiness to the corn add butter prior to adding the corn into the oven . Rotate the corn while they are cooking .

6 . Remove once the timer goes off and they are golden brown .

7. Add toppings vegan mayo , Tajin , hot sauce and Parmesan or Mexican cheese .
