Is ashwagandha worth trying? 🫖

So I caved, I tried it and well, it worked.

In the first couple days I started noticing headaches after drinking ashwagandha drops in my water.

Ashwagandha lowers blood pressure and I’m very sensitive to any sudden blood pressure changes. To prevent headaches i diluted the drops in water.

After 7 days, I noticed an improved mood and less stress. I’m a full time employee, full time student, writer, active person, dog owner, and a busy body(spend time with family and friends weekly). My stress is normally high 😂. Thankfully, I love my life and all the things I get to do. With ashwagandha, I was able to relax my mind and manage all my tasks with more ease.

Here’s a few benefits of ashwagandha:

💚 improves muscle recovery

💚 lowers blood sugar levels

If you are taking thyroid medicine, you should let your Doctor know, as it can affect your thyroid and your medication may need to be adjusted. Also, it's recommended to take a break every few months when taking Ashwagandha.
