UGC Apps I use to get PR!

I have used all of these apps for over 6 months! Below are specifics pros and cons to each app in the image above!!

KALE 🥬 :

🌟 A rewards platform that provides content creators with an easy way to earn cash by talking about products and brands they love.

👍Pros: the apps is a great easy to use workspace to flip through multiple collaborations. I’ve used them twice. I have done a collab with Notion with them. I earned 7$ because of how small my views were.

🤔Cons: the app is good however you have to purchase the product to receive the money. It’s all dependent on views so make sure you have a large following and large views!

Tailorie:

🌟 a social platform that helps brands and consumers discover one another

👍Pros: it’s super easy to get started and you don’t have to post anything to receive products! Write a good bio and your set to go!! I have recieved two products from them! Once a month a crate comes to your door with the products you’ve said yes too.

🤔Cons: it takes forever for you to receive much of anything. I’ve recieved two in the last 6 months.

Influenster:

🌟 a product discovery and reviews platform for consumers.

👍Pros: the app is easy to get into. It goes by levels of how much information you put into it.

🤔Cons: I haven’t recieved anything they have told me I’d receive. I filled out forms and tons of levels to get more engagement for getting PR.

Trendio:

🌟 allows you to showcase your product with rich storytelling conveyed through entertaining video

👍Pros: it’s very similar to TikTok but strictly product videos.

🤔Cons: it’s very hard to use and I haven’t been able to use it at all.

WeSponsored:

🌟 Connect with brands. Get sponsorships. Earn money. Join the fastest-growing influencer platform.

👍Pros: it’s easy to find collabs instantly when you get into the platform.

🤔Cons: the products used for collabs are a lot of intimate products to which I don’t personally feel safe to video and publish how I used them.

All of these have been used for the past 6 months. The best of these would be Kale and Tailorie for PR and easy to recieve payment.

... Read moreHey fellow creators! Getting into the world of UGC and scoring those sweet PR packages can feel like a maze, right? After my 6-month journey with apps like Kale, Tailorie, Influenster, Trendio, and WeSponsored, I've picked up some serious tips and tricks that I wish I knew when I started. It's not just about signing up; it's about strategizing! First off, your profile is your digital handshake. For platforms like Kale and Tailorie, a stellar bio isn't just nice to have, it's essential for brands to notice you. Make sure it clearly states your niche, your content style, and what kind of brands you love. Don't just list your stats; show your personality! And when it comes to pitching or applying for campaigns, be genuine. Brands can spot a generic pitch a mile away. Tailor each application to the specific product or brand, explaining why you're the perfect fit and how you'd authentically showcase their product. Maximizing Your Rewards & Feedback: One of the biggest questions I had was about 'apps that give post-date feedback or advice success monetization.' Honestly, direct feedback can be hard to come by on many apps. What I've found works is to proactively ask or observe. Look at what brands repost or what kind of content gets the most engagement. For monetization, especially with apps like Kale, understanding their payment structure (like the view-dependent model) is key. Don't just aim for free products; actively seek opportunities that align with your audience size and content quality for fair compensation. For apps like WeSponsored, where the variety of products can be vast, be selective. Only apply for things you genuinely connect with, as authenticity is your biggest asset. Exploring Alternatives & What to Look For: Many of you might be searching for 'apps like Kale' or 'apps like Influenster.' When you're branching out, look for platforms that offer transparency in their process. Do they clearly outline how you get chosen? What are the expectations for content? Are there clear timelines for receiving products (like Tailorie's monthly crates, even if sometimes slow)? Check out reviews from other creators. Sometimes, newer platforms like JoinBrands or Pitchum (if you encounter them) might offer more direct communication or a different niche, so always do your homework. The goal is to find platforms that respect your time and creative effort. Beyond Just Apps: Building Connections: While these apps are fantastic for getting started, remember that building direct relationships with brands can also be incredibly rewarding. Sometimes, a successful collaboration through Kale or Tailorie can open doors to direct partnerships later. Keep track of your best work and be ready to showcase your portfolio. It’s all about creating value and showing brands you’re a reliable and effective content creator. My journey with these apps has been a mixed bag, but definitely a learning experience. Kale and Tailorie really stood out for delivering results, even if I had to be patient. It's a hustle, but with the right approach and a clear understanding of each platform's quirks, you can absolutely level up your UGC game and score awesome PR!
