“I’m rooting for everybody black!”

I been in my reading bag! These are a few of reads that are by black authors that absolutely had me hooked. When I first got back into reading heavily, I wasn’t using a kindle and most of the books in store were by authors that were white women. No shade but I love to support my people and to see myself represented in books by someone who can actually say they’ve lived the black experience. I’ve found all these books on kindle unlimited and loved them. And if anyone asks, in the famous world of Issa Rae… “I’m rooting for everybody black!” 📚✊🏽🫶🏽
