The time I failed
Tried and failed a new recipe today 🫠
Three ingredient “flat bread” that I spread too thin and ended up having to scrape it off the parchment paper 😭 I’m not exactly sure what happened but I think next time I’m just going to grease the baking sheet. What I scraped off tasted good though 😂
1 medium Avocado
1 cup of cottage cheese (I probably also put too much so please measure)
1 egg
(Season how you like/if you like. I used Buttery Steakhouse)
Mix and mash it together and add to greased or line baking sheet. Don’t be like me and spread it thin, let it settle into its own final form okay?
Cook at 400f for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!

Making new recipes can often lead to unexpected challenges. If you've ever found yourself in a cooking mishap, you're not alone! Avocado flatbread is a deliciously simple dish that can be a fun addition to your menu. The ingredients list is minimal: avocado, cottage cheese, and an egg. Mixing these three creates a unique flatbread that's both nutritious and satisfying. For best results, make sure to measure your ingredients accurately and avoid spreading the mixture too thin on the baking sheet. This can lead to a sticking disaster, but don't let that discourage you. If you have a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, consider lightly greasing it for an easier release. After baking, allowing the flatbread to cool briefly can enhance its texture. Try seasoning it further with your favorite spices for an extra flavor kick! Cooking is all about learning and improving with each attempt. Share your own cooking wins and fails with the community, as these stories inspire others to embrace their culinary journeys. Let's celebrate the process of cooking from scratch together!
