[The 4th Tsubame City Council Regular Meeting in 2025]
On the 12th (Friday) from 9: 30, I attended the "Statement of Policy" by Mayor Daisuke Sano of Tsubame.
I was nervous because it was my first time attending the meeting, but under the banner of "Tsubame City created by everyone," the basic policy was presented based on the three pillars of "Earning Tsubame City," "Raising Tsubame City," and "Tsubame is One."
Daisuke Sano, Mayor of Tsubame City, seemed to be nervous, but he did his best to convey his thoughts for the future of Tsubame City.
I wish Mayor Daisuke Sano the best for the future of Tsubame City.
I also went to the "General Questions" in the afternoon.
Various questions were asked, but it was a very good experience to listen to the questions and answers of Mayor Tsubame and Tsubame City Council members.
If I have the opportunity again, I would like to go to the hearing.
We found a nice space in Tsubame City Hall and enjoyed shopping at the shop.

一般質問の日程や議会でのやりとりに興味がある方に向けて、燕市議会の運営についてもう少し詳しくお伝えします。燕市議会定例会は複数回開催されており、各回ごとにテーマや質問内容が異なります。今回傍聴した第4回定例会では、市長の所信表明に加え、様々な一般質問が行われ、議員から多角的な視点で燕市の課題や未来への提案が飛び出していました。 また、燕市役所内には傍聴者用の議場傍聴席や、緊張をほぐす休憩スペースなど、居心地の良い設備が整っているのも印象的です。個人的には売店で購入した季節の温野菜が美味しく、議会傍聴の合間の楽しみになりました。これからも議会傍聴を通して、地域の課題や政策に関心を持ち、燕市の発展を見守りたいと思います。興味のある方はぜひ皆さんも足を運んでみてください。
