私も以前、権八西麻布店を訪れた経験がありますが、確かに雰囲気は抜群で、落ち着いた和の空間が広がっています。 特に天ぷらせいろそばはサクサクの天ぷらと喉ごしの良い蕎麦が見事に調和しており、食べごたえがありながらも軽やかで何度でも食べたくなります。食後にはそば湯がほんのりとろみのある温かさで、体の芯から温まる感覚がありました。 また、権八西麻布は歴史的な背景も強く感じられます。店舗の壁には過去に訪れた有名人の写真や歴史的な会談のエピソードが記されており、ただ食事を楽しむだけでなく訪れることでその場の持つ重みも感じ取ることができます。 個人的には、ランチタイムの時間帯は比較的混み合いますが、それでも座席数が多いため待ち時間はさほど長くありません。店員さんの対応も丁寧で、気持ちよく食事ができるのもリピートしたくなる理由のひとつです。 お茶も烏龍茶が用意されており、和食の味を引き立ててくれます。蕎麦好きや和食好きの方にはぜひ一度訪れていただきたいお店です。特に地元西麻布で歴史を感じながら美味しい蕎麦を楽しめる貴重なお店として、私もまた足を運びたいと思っています。
