Yay! I have 20 Friends!!!
I have been on this platform for less than a month and have gained 20 new friends!
Why am I excited? It’s only 20…because I know Lemon8 is a slower platform and every friend I have gained on here didn’t come from Facebook, Instagram, or Tick Tok…but I genuinely met you here! Thats awesome to me. To have 20 people who know nothing about me or my past, decide to read my diary from time to time is special.
I was introduced to Lemon8 through a Women’s Group I am apart of on Facebook. So far this platform has been right up my alley.
Thank you to my 20 who has decided to stay in touch with me. 💋 I can only hope that so far you have enjoyed these little pieces of who I am.
Cheers! 🥂
Sincerely,
Jacki

Connecting with others on social media is more than just numbers; it’s about creating meaningful relationships. Lemon8 stands out from other platforms by fostering authentic connections. Unlike platforms like Instagram or Facebook, users here engage in deeper conversations and share honest stories. As I reflect on my first month and the 20 new friends I've gained, I realize each interaction is valuable. These individuals, who know little about my past, give me the opportunity to share my experiences without preconceived notions. Lemon8’s slower pace allows for thoughtful engagement. Members of communities, such as the Women’s Group on Facebook that introduced me to Lemon8, often bring shared interests, creating a supportive environment for everyone involved. Each friend I’ve made contributes to a tapestry of support, encouragement, and camaraderie that enhances my experience. As I continue to explore this platform, I look forward to sharing more intimate insights from my life and learning from others in return. Building relationships based on genuine interest can lead to lasting friendships, and I cherish this chance to grow together. Thank you to my 20 friends—your presence means a lot, and I hope you find joy in my stories as much as I find in connecting with you.
