𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 - 𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃. 🙏🏼💯

This past week, we went out to eat to a cute little Mexican place to celebrate 20 years.

I went to the restroom & came back LIVID.

The moment I walked into the bathroom, I KNEW immediately that it had been doused with bleach to clean. 🤬

And it didn’t even appear all that clean, to be honest.

WHY are people- let alone businesses open to the PUBLIC still allowed to use BLEACH to clean???

My nose was stinging and running instantly, I must have sneezed 20 times, immediate headache & nausea set in in the 3 minutes it took me to piddle and wash my hands.

Not a SINGLE window to open or fan to ventilate it. It literally smelled like someone opened a bottle of bleach and let it sit in the sinks and toilets and on the floor for hours. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

When you know better, you do better.

I grew up in a home with my mom who fully believed that if the house did not smell like bleach and Pine-Sol, it simply wasn’t clean. And even in the depths of the coldest winters in Wisconsin, cleaning days meant that the house needed to air out completely with windows and doors open for hours.

Um, what?!?!

We haven’t used these toxins in our home in two years, two months and 19 days when we converted to safer products for our family, and our dogs. We discovered a place that uses thoughtful consideration about their ingredients and not a single product requires a CHILDPROOF CAP.

If you’re sick all the time, think about the chemicals in your home.

And think about the fact that big box companies cause the heath issues and big pharma “magically has the solutions” to fix them or at least keep you dependent on drugs forever. Think cancer, autoimmune disorders, infertility, endocrine disrupting issues, breathing disorders, psoriasis, food sensitivities, allergies, migraines…. seriously friend, think about it.

Eyes: Commonly reddened, irritated, and tearing. Vision may be blurry. Blindness may occur if chemical has direct contact with eyes or brains with sensitive skin surrounding by eyes themselves. Can cause chemical conjunctivitis.

Mouth/throat: Irritation is normal to the examiner. Adding in additional caustic ingestants- like toilet bowl cleaner or ammonia and the mixtures result in the release of chlorine gas, an asphyxiant. When chlorine gas contacts moist tissues, such as eyes or lungs, hydrochloric acid (HCl) results. This acid is a digestive molecule and damages tissue. It will cause damage to the airways, asphyxiation, and can result in death.

Skin: When bleach gets on skin, it can cause irritation and even bleach burn, which is a chemical burn characterized by painful red welts. While chlorine doesn't typically get absorbed by the skin, small amounts may pass through to the blood. Too much chlorine in the blood can lead to hyperchloremia, a serious condition that can affect kidney function.

Stomach/GI tract: When lower concentration household bleach is swallowed, irritation of the mouth, throat, and gastrointestinal tract can occur. This can result in nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Consumption of concentrated bleach products can lead to permanent gastrointestinal damage and may result in death.

There is currently no antidote for chlorine exposure. Treatment focuses on removing the chlorine from the body as quickly as possible, which may involve the use of medication or activated charcoal. Same time, inducing vomiting is frowned upon because if it did burn damage going down, it will coming up.

Respiratory: Irritation, including bronchospasm, can occur. This does not apply to chlorine gas exposure, a much more severe problem.

Exposure to chlorine gas can be fatal. Can cause reactive airways disease or asthma. Coughing and sloughing of the affected mucosa may persist for days to weeks. Breathing in bleach over a long period of time can increase your risk of cancer. Bleach causes the buildup of chloroform in the air. Repeated use over time can cause deterioration of your esophagus, lungs, and respiratory system.

The public should be educated on proper labeling and storage of all hazardous chemicals in the home. Also, the chemicals in the home should not be mixed. When using bleach around the home, one should wear safety goggles, gloves, and long-sleeved garments. Pets and children should be kept away from the treated site for at least 8-12 hours. In addition, when using bleach indoors, adequate ventilation is necessary.

I had to be open to understanding the harm it causes. And once I was, I was all in.

I watched my mama die a grueling death because of J & J and their dishonesty.

My mission is to educate folks and help them make healthier choices for their families.

I placed one order and was able to convert nearly my entire home to greener, safer, healthier, more affordable, less harmful to the environment, plant based products that are USA 🇺🇸 MADE.

It was on my doorstep in two days and I’m no longer lining China or Walmart’s pockets just to put poison in my home.

My mission is to help every household transition to healthier options - and share what’s helped us. NO ONE wants their babies, their kids, their dogs or cats or birds or grand babies INTENTIONALLY subjected to these things BY CHOICE.

If you think I’m crazy- I’m ok with that.

But if you trust me- it’s time to take your health into your own hands.
