I had to share a few fragrances I came across at Marshalls that really caught my attention! Each of them smelled so good and were all under $20—such a steal! These scents are perfect for summer but honestly work year-round, and they layer beautifully with other perfumes too. My top pick has to be the Pistachio & Praline… I’m a sucker for warm, gourmand scents 😍.
... Read moreOh my gosh, you guys! If you haven't been digging through the fragrance section at Marshalls, you are seriously missing out. I swear, it’s like a treasure hunt every single time, and I almost always walk out with a new scent that blows me away, all without breaking the bank. I mean, where else can you find unique and delicious perfumes for under $20? It’s my go-to for discovering hidden gems that smell way more expensive than they are.
One of the biggest concerns people have about buying perfumes at Marshalls is the lack of testers. It’s true, you can’t always spray them, but I’ve developed a few tricks. First, I always check the packaging for scent notes. Some of my recent finds, like the Le Monde Gourmand Miel Bébé, clearly listed Juicy Mandarin, Honey Blossom, Sandalwood, and Praline – that immediately tells you it's going to be a sweet, warm, and inviting scent. For the "Melina Arina Praline & Pistachio" that I absolutely adore, those notes of Caramel, Coconut, Pistachio, Praline, Marshmallow, Vanilla, Honey, Cappuccino, and Sandalwood? That's a full-on dessert in a bottle, and exactly why it’s one of my absolute favorites!
Another tip is to quickly look up reviews on your phone if you have a moment. Sometimes, just seeing the brand or the name can give you a clue. For example, Le Monde Gourmand is a brand I often see at Marshalls, and their scents are usually pretty reliable. Their Fleur Monoï, with Gardenia, Coconut, and Neroli, sounds like a perfect tropical escape, and Café Caramel, with its top notes of Caramel and Pistachio, sounds like a decadent, creamy dream, similar to my beloved Praline & Pistachio.
I’ve also found incredible woody and musky options. The Juan Rish Scent Amber Intense, with its blend of Bergamot, Tangerine, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Neroli, Blackcurrant, Rose, Patchouli, and an Amber Accord, sounds like a sophisticated, warm, and slightly spicy scent that would be amazing for evenings or cooler weather. And then there's Indulgent Moments Cashmere & Vanilla, featuring Musk, Blackcurrant, Coconut, Heliotrope, Almond Blossom, Jasmine, Ambrox, Sandalwood, and Vanilla – that just screams cozy elegance, right?
What I love most about these Marshalls finds is how versatile they are. Many of them are perfect for layering. You can take a simple vanilla body lotion and spray a gourmand like Café Caramel or Praline & Pistachio over it to enhance the sweetness. Or, if you want to add a touch of warmth to a fresh floral, something with an amber or sandalwood base, like the Amber Intense, could be fantastic. These affordable perfumes let you experiment without guilt.
So, if you’re on the hunt for a new signature scent, or just want to expand your fragrance wardrobe without spending a fortune, definitely make a pit stop at Marshalls. Keep an eye out for those unique brands and don't be afraid to trust your gut (and those listed notes!). You might just find your next holy grail perfume, just like I did with my all-time favorite Pistachio & Praline!
The pralines and pistachio is my favorite!!!!! I am purchasing more soon as I see it again ❤️ they run out fast
