Something isn’t right.
Now, don’t get me wrong because i love Lemon 8 and I understand the age restriction considering some of the stuff that gets posted here, BUT many of us are constantly harassed by men (and women) or spam accounts .. when we report them, nothing happens. I’d rather be able to help a kid that possibly has idiots for parents (or possibly no parents 🙏🏽) and try to make a positive impact on them than to have to block a minimum of 10 men a day.
- don’t come on here tb “jUsT bLoCk tHeM” because Lemon8 can pay better attention as well.
The issue of harassment on social media continues to be a growing concern across platforms, and Lemon8 is no exception. Many users have voiced their experiences of encountering unwanted attention from both men and women, which can lead to an uncomfortable environment. It's essential to understand that while blocking accounts can be a short-term solution, a more comprehensive approach is necessary. Lemon8's response systems need enhancement to effectively address these reports and take action against repeat offenders. Additionally, the presence of spam accounts compounds the issue, creating a barrier for those seeking genuine connections and content. Advocacy for stronger moderation policies plays a crucial role in establishing a safer user experience on Lemon8. By pushing for better reporting mechanisms and more transparent community guidelines, users can work together to ensure that Lemon8 remains a welcoming space. Furthermore, there is a need to prioritize the welfare of younger users, who may not have the knowledge or support to deal with toxic interactions. Community support can help uplift these vulnerable groups and encourage a culture of compassion and integrity online. Engaging in dialogue about harassment and taking collective action can lead to meaningful change. Building a supportive environment allows us to not only protect ourselves but also make a positive impact on the lives of others, particularly younger users who deserve a safe and enriching online experience.

I'm sorry but banning children is more important at the moment given how many are here.
