Day Eight Diary
I’ll be honest, not a lot to say today lol. The most I did was go to the fireworks show with my dad. We’ve been going for as long as I can remember— I don’t find it particularly impressive but I like hanging out with him and it makes him happy, so we just sit around and drink while the fireworks go off.
Kind of hard to be patriotic with the state the country is in, but at the very least we talked to some nice people while we were there and we had a good time.
Isn’t it weird that as humans we just like… decided to make colorful explosives?
