Resorts World Sentosa

... Read moreIf you’re a fan of Wicked and find yourself wanting more after the show, Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore offers an immersive extension of the musical’s magic that’s truly worth exploring. One of my favorite attractions is the meet and greets at Universal Studios Singapore where you can interact with beloved characters like Elphaba, Glinda, and the Wizard. It’s not just a photo opportunity; the actors are in character and bring the story to life, making it a delightful experience for fans of all ages. For those who love memorabilia, the Silver Screen Store houses exclusive Wicked merchandise that isn’t available anywhere else in Singapore. From apparel to keepsakes, these items make perfect souvenirs or gifts for fellow Wicked enthusiasts. Foodies will enjoy the Wicked-themed menu at various restaurants around Resorts World Sentosa. The creatively named dishes are both a feast for the eyes and the palate, allowing you to taste the world of Oz. A highlight for me was the Limitless Lights show at the Lake of Dreams. This free event combines spectacular music with vibrant lights, creating an 'Ozmopolitan' display that enchants visitors each night and beautifully captures the spirit of the musical. Also not to be missed is the Journey Through Oz at Sentosa Sensoryscape, a sensory experience that immerses you in the sights and sounds of Oz – a fantastic free activity that adds depth to the Wicked fandom. If you want a more personal memento, the Wicked photobooths near the Lake of Dreams offer professional photos, providing a unique keepsake for just a small fee. Lastly, the newly introduced Wardrobe of Wicked inside Universal Studios Singapore showcases an incredible curated costume display. Seeing these iconic outfits up close adds another layer of appreciation for the production design and craftsmanship behind the musical. Visiting these experiences between 10 Nov 2025 and 4 Jan 2026 will allow you to fully celebrate Wicked beyond the stage in Singapore. Whether it’s interacting with characters, picking up exclusive merch, enjoying themed cuisine, or marveling at the light displays, there’s something here to keep the magic alive long after the curtain falls.

If Universal Studios expand further, would like themes like Land of Oz to be in. Others I suggest include a real Sesame Street, Transformers Cybertron City zone, Peanuts zone, Woody Woodpecker and Chilly Willy zones, Harry Potter land, Ghostbusters Firehouse ride and any theme that Universal can possibly work with Warner Bros or other studio to build such as a lands based on Magic Faraway Tree, Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, My Little Pony, Care Bears, Smurfs, Masters of the Universe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc. Love the Pokemon attraction if any but like the above themes more.
