I'm really working on building good habits this year, or at least trying to!
my main ones are:
1. moving my body (walks, workouts, yoga, etc)
2. Studying for my degree. I'm currently working on a self paced degree for Veterinary technology and I have a hard time actually sitting and studying
3. Drink more water
4. Eat out less
5. Analogue activities aka reading, journaling, art, etc
