Ingredients:
• 2 tsp matcha powder
• 2 oz hot water
• 2 pumps toasted marshmallow syrup
• 2 pumps vanilla syrup
• 1/2 cup oat milk (or regular milk)
• 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• White chocolate syrup (for garnish)
• Marshmallows (I used flower-shaped ones for Easter!)
• Extra marshmallow fluff (for cup decoration)
Instructions:
1. Whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
2. Make the cold foam: Froth together the heavy whipping cream, vanilla syrup, toasted marshmallow syrup, and marshmallow fluff until thick and fluffy.
