Try this to look and feel your best

1. I have a spa day 1x a week where i do an extensive skin care routine including a cleanser, mask, and a deep treatment with aha's bha's or hyleronic acid, or retinol, depending on how i feel. I also steam my face, extract my pores and use a guasha for 10 mins. I remove all excess hair from my face. I take a bath with bath bombs, use an anti bacterial soap, scrub my feet with a pumice stone and toe nails with a nail brush. I shave all body parts and use a body scrub, and lotion my body up with nivea body lotion. I also wash my hair and let it air dry

2. I take myself out to dinner or lunch at an actaual reastraunt where i can sit and receive service every two weeks because its mandatory that i date myself

3. I listen to a book on audible that stimulates my mind and teaches me about something i dont know or more about a topic im already interested in, i do this at least 2-3x a week sometimes daily if i have extra time

4. I get a gel polish pedicure every month and eyebrow threading at least every 2-3 weeks, i also buy kiss press on nails 3x a month and change them out wherever i see fit

5. i dont allow anyone into my life that doesn't truly value me (for my own peace of mind) no situationships, no men who only see me as seggs, no toxic friendships or toxic family members are allowed.

6. i brush my teeth with peroxide at least 2-3x a week to keep them white as well as floss on a regular basis to maintain good oral health, clean teeth and good breath

7. i work out 3-4x a week and no over eating to maintain, strength, stamina, shape, weight and peace of mind.

8. retail therapy as often as my budget allows usually 2x a month i go shopping( even if its just one item) to keep my wardrobe nice and because im just a girl, of course i love shopping lol
