How important is "fit"?

If everyone understands the three-stringed harp,

Probably not blaming yourself for the past too much.

And may not force your life today to be too tired...

Something in the past.

We did our best at the time.

Something today.

We don't have to carry it all.

The Middle Way doesn't mean not trying.

But it means "try without hurting yourself."

Works, but without overdo.

"Take care of others, but take care of yourself."

What doesn't need to be forced anymore?

Don't be tight until tired

Do not slack until lost

Just slowly adjust.

Give us our lives.
